Dear Carlos:
First of all I want to thank you for the Amazing service you provided to us in a time of need. As I mentioned we were stranded in Orlando/Disney with 52 kids and the only company that was able to provide us help was yours.
The bus driver Ed was excellent, he was waiting exactly were he said he would be , we walked out of Disney got our stuff loaded them into the bus and were on our way. In fact we got to the school ahead of time, so everyone was happy.
I also want to say that the bus we road in was clean, quite and in excellent conditions, really couldn't ask for anything else !!.

Carlos, I cannot thank you enough for all of the wonderful help you provided to us in having that bus there on Wednesday morning. This trip to Tallahassee was thrown to me rather last minute.
You are a first rate guy and I thank you for all of your support in this process.
Mike was more than a bus driver that day. He was a man who drove a bus, but also a great people person. He displayed true pride and professionalism in the work that he did. When I do book another bus, I would like to request him to be my driver. I was limited in how gratuitous I could be (our board votes on all of that stuff), but I can not extend the personal thanks I have for his kindness on the trip.

Desde Costa Rica, tuvimos la gran suerte de encontrarnos con ATC, todo el trato, desde mucho antes de nuestra llegada a Orlando, en cuanto a cotización, y facilidades fue lo mejor que hubiésemos podido obtener, Carlos siempre estuvo atento a las necesidades y cambios solicitados para el viaje planeado. Una vez en Orlando, no hubo nada que nos hiciera falta.
Nuestro chofer, una persona sumamente servicial, atenta y dispuesta a hacernos sentir como en casa. En general, el personal de esta compañia y el servicio del cual fuimos parte durante nuestras vacaciones a Orlando, en definitiva nos motiva a volver a contar con ATC en nuestro próximo viaje. Excellent Service. This was our first charter for the Youth Choir. They were prompt through and very polite. They placed our safety at the highest level before during and after the trip. After contacting 40 bus companies they impressed us the most from the beginning not only because they were reasonably priced but also they provided service above and beyond. We are confident A T C will be our first choice in our organizations future charter needs.
